Maketşehir San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. which is active in model sector till year 1990 brought its perfect model manufacturing based on handworkman-ship to the last points with mechanization provided by the technological opportunities.

We are using and improving different tecniques and systems in manufacturing the models of all kinds of architectural and industrial products in every dimension without any limitation and making them ready for exhibition. Laser cutting and 3 dimension Cnc Router machines have taken the place of handworkman-ship in our day in manufacturing architectural and industrial models. Usage of long –life model materials which provides the perfectness and resistance of the models as plastic and its derivatives, polyurethane, polyester, metal, pvc, resin and the necessity of laser cutting and Cnc Router machines used for processing these materials became inevitable.

At the beginning of the way followed for turning the projects into models; comes professional usage of computer and different programs. The usage of softwares as Autocad, ArtCam, CorelDraw are constituting the first step in drawing fecade, mould and templates which are necessary for model manufacturing. The mounting process begins after processing the drawed parts and templates with the right material and in the right machines. Painting and detailing the created model with unlimited colour choices, constitutes the last level.

There are Laser cutting machines, 3 dimensioned Cnc Router cutting machines, plastic, wooden and metal cutting machines, installation and mounting factory, dyehouse, material depot  and also stock materials in our factory which is approximately 600 m2 and thus we have a capacity of %100 manufacturing without needing any outer support. There works in our Firm a professional and experienced team which consists of a computer programmer, architecture, structure technic teacher, restorator, painter, carpenter and technical painters.

Maketşehir also manufactures with its 20 years experience and opportunies, outer space models resistant to all kinds of weather conditions which may be exhibited in the places as walking parks and cultural parks. Our firm which produces models either inside and also outside the country, has been exhitibiting its models in countries more then 10. Many projects bear the signature of our Firm and it has manufactured different models as housing estates, villa, mosque, church, chapel, stadium, airport, factory, special design furniture. Also, our firm manufactures historical works of art which requires special technics and materials, in colours and fabrics suitable to its original.
